Application information for exchange students

Is music, performing arts, culture or heritage your passion? We would be happy to welcome you for your exchange studies at the UT Viljandi Culture Academy in the cosy town of Viljandi!

If you would like to study as an exchange student at the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy, there must be an agreement between our universities. Please get in touch with your home university's International Office/Erasmus+ coordinator to see if there is an agreement between your home university and the UT Viljandi Culture Academy. Nomination of exchange students

The University of Tartu uses the SoleMOVE application system.

All students must be nominated through the system. Our partners will get a user ID to access the nomination form in the system.

Soon after your home university has sent the nomination to UT, you will get an email about how to activate your account in the SoleMOVE system. Please make sure to remember your SoleMOVE username and password.

Students of all programmes

We accept exchange students for all study programmes (for the Actor's specialisation, a high level of the Estonian language would be needed). We kindly ask you to send your portfolio and CV directly to the coordinator at the Viljandi Culture Academy:
