Application information for exchange students

If you would like to study as an exchange student at the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy, there must be an agreement between our universities. Contact your home university's International Office/Erasmus+ coordinator to see if there is an agreement between your home university and the UT Viljandi Culture Academy. Nomination of exchange students

University of Tartu uses the SoleMOVE application system.

All students must be nominated through the system. Our partners will get an user ID to access the nomination form in the system.

Soon after your home university has sent the nomination to UT, you will get an email about how to activate your account in the SoleMOVE system. Please make sure to remember your SoleMOVE's username and password.
