Student life

Student life at the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy is colorful and dynamic. Apart from the events related to the study (open professional exams for music, dance, and theater students), the students organize events in the school buildings and in the city of Viljandi.

Traditional events are, for example, jams by traditional musicians, reflection on the anniversary of the Republic, and celebration of the days of the national calendar (New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Women's Day, St. Mary's Day).

The student council also organizes school parties, the baptism of foxes, and several other non-educational events. In addition, all students are invited to join the UT VCA mixed choir and folk dance group.
