Prices
This year, the invoices will not be sent right after the registration. We will start sending invoices after the timetable is confirmed, most likely in February 2023. The sum on the invoice will be in correlation with your registration date price offer. The invoice needs to be paid within 2 weeks from receiving. It will be sent by the University of Tartu accounting system. Please check your spam folder if you should have received an invoice but are not able to find it from the inbox.
NB! The payee covers all costs relating to the bank transfer. Unfortunately we can't enable PayPal nor credit card payments, the participation fee can be paid via e-banking or bank office.
Last cancellation time is on June 9 2023. Cancellations before June 9 2023 will get 70% reimbursement. Please contact craftcamp.estonia@gmail.com, if there is a need to cancel. Cancellations after June 9 2023 generally do not get reimbursement.
Christmas special price (December 1 - December 31 2022): 1210€
Early bird price (January 1 2023 – March 31 2023): 1250€
Regular price (April 1 2023 – May 15 2023): 1300€
The prices include:
- travel from Tallinn harbour/airport to Viljandi and back by a private bus;
- 10 meals (lunches and dinners) during the camp in Viljandi;
- coffee breaks during the workshops;
- 3 workshops of 6 h per day, during 4 days;
- materials and print-outs needed in the workshops (see below*);
- Estonian craft-themed additional cultural program;
- festive dinner with a folk music concert;
- one guided field trip of choice either to Järvamaa, Mulgimaa, Setomaa or Soomaa.
The prices do not include:
- accommodation (read more about possibilities here);
- breakfasts;
- (see below*) - more valuable materials in 6 workshops…
- 2-day long Shawl with Mulgi embroidery (20€ will be added to the invoice)
- 2-day long Silver Pendant in the Style of Estonian Traditional Jewellery (20€ will be added to the invoice)

Coming together with a companion
It is possible to come together with a companion (child, partner) who does not participate in the workshops. Accommodation must be organised by themselves. You can find some suitable activities in Viljandi or join some of the programmes offered by Craft Camp organisers. The participation fee will be calculated individually according to the number of meals and other activities the companion likes to take part in. Please register the companion in Step 1, no need for filling in Step 2.
