Accommodation during Craft Camp

The participation fee doesn't include accommodation. Please be aware that you have to book a suitable hotel room or other accommodation by yourself after registration to the camp. Booking accommodation with Craft Camp discount can be done until May 15th 2024 (later the prices can be higher).

The closest hotels to the camp site are Grand Hotel Viljandi and Centrum Hotel. Both are 5-7 minutes from Vilma building on foot.

The prices of the rooms depend on the room size and we have gotten a special offer and pre-booked the rooms for you (in Grand and Centrum hotels). Please register to Craft Camp first and then choose the accommodation option, book VIA E-MAIL and pay on your own. In case you'd like to bring a companion to the camp or to Viljandi, organizing the accommodation is up to you as well.

Grand Hotel Viljandi 

Prices of standard rooms for our participants:

• single room – 80 €/night (normally 98 €/night);
• DBL/TWIN room – 99 €/night (normally 119 €/night).

The price of accommodation contains buffet breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant and includes VAT. Please book yourself a room by writing to this email: info@ghv.ee and include the keyword "Craft Camp" as well. The registrations made via their online booking engine don't include the discount, it's only calculated for those who send an email to the hotel.

Centrum Hotel 

Each room has 2–3 beds. Prices of the rooms for our participants (all include 10% discount compared to normal prices):

• single room - 60 €/night;
• comfort room for one - 70 €/night;
• DBL/TWIN room - 76 €/night;
• comfort room for two - 84 €/night;
• comfort room for three - 120 €/night.

The price of accommodation contains buffee breakfast and includes VAT. Please book yourself a room by writing to this email: bron@centrum.ee and include the keyword "Craft Camp" as well.
