Prices

We will start sending invoices in the end of February 2026. Payment is due 2 weeks after you receive the invoice. The amount on the invoice will correspond to the price offer based on your registration date. The invoice will be sent from the University of Tartu's accounting system. If you believe you should have received the invoice but cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

Payment instructions:

  • Payment method: The participation fee must be paid via e-banking (bank transfer) or at a bank office. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payments via PayPal or credit card.

  • Bank transfer fees: The payee (you) is responsible for covering all costs related to the bank transfer.

Last cancellation time is on June 8, 2026. Cancellations before June 8, 2026 will get 70% reimbursement. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need to cancel your registration. Cancellations after June 8, 2026 will generally not be eligible for reimbursement.

Christmas special price (December 9, 2025 - January 4, 2026): 1210€
Early bird price (January 5, 2026 – March 31, 2026): 1370€
Regular price (April 1, 2026 – June 6, 2026): 1480€

The price for the camp includes the following:

  • Workshops: 4 days of instruction, with 3 workshops of 6 hours each per day
  • Materials: tools, materials and print-outs for the workshops (see below* for specific details)
  • Transportation: transfer bus service from Tallinn harbor/airport to Viljandi and back
  • Meals: 3 special meals during the camp in Viljandi:
    • Welcoming dinner (July 12)
    • Festive dinner (July 17)
    • Final lunch (July 18)
  • Refreshments: snack breaks provided during the workshops
  • Cultural programme: an Estonian-themed cultural package, including lectures and a film
  • Local activities:
    • A guided Viljandi town tour.
    • A folk music concert during the festive dinner.

The prices do not include:

  • Accommodation: You'll need to arrange your own stay (more information about options here).
  • Breakfasts
  • Lunches and dinners on regular workshop days (except the festive dinner)
  • Field trips: These are optional! You are free to choose a tour that fits your budget and plans, or you can skip the tour day entirely.

    • 2-day workshop: Embroidery: Shawl with Mulgi Embroidery (40€ will be added to the invoice)
    • 2-day workshop: Leatherwork: Crafting a Bag from Vegetable-Tanned Leather (35€ will be added to the invoice)
    • 2-day workshop - Silversmithing: Silver Ring with a Natural Stone (25€ will be added to the invoice)
    • 1-day workshop - Silversmithing: Silver Spoon (70€ will be added to the invoice)

If you choose to participate in the field trip, the cost of your chosen tour will be added to the price.
