The University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy is launching an innovative online microdegree in Teamwork and Leadership. The programme is perfect for those eager to excel in today’s fast-paced professional settings. 

The program, running from February 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025, offers a comprehensive online curriculum designed for leaders and creatives. It covers essential topics, including management theories, multicultural team dynamics, and digital workflow management. This program is indispensable for anyone aiming to lead effectively in today’s dynamic work environments. Participants will learn to apply management theories and models in real-world scenarios, gain insights into leading multicultural and creative teams, and explore strategies for managing digital workflows. This microdegree programme is part of the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy's one-year English-language master's curriculum in Creative Project Management. The master's curriculum also includes two ohter microdegree programmes Creativity and Self-Development and Project Management of Creative Enterpreneurship. Completing all three microdegree programmes allows the option to complete the master's programme in Creative Project Management at your own pace, for example, by completing one microdegree programme per year.
